Returns/Exchanges
Do to the handcrafted nature of my products, returns are not accepted and exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis (additional shipping costs in the event a exchange is granted are to be paid by the customer). 

Each piece of jewelry I make is completely crafted by hand, entirely
unique and may have slight imperfections. Please do not expect a machine precision piece.

However, my goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item if you have any issues. I do not offer refunds based on wrong sizes purchased. Please be confident in your size choice before placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
