Can you resize a ring?
Unfortunately I am unable to resize any of the ready-to-ship rings. If you have fallen in love with a ring that isn’t your size, please feel free to reach out to me via the contact page and we can discuss a similar custom ring.
How long will it take my jewelry to ship?
All ready-to-ship orders will ship within 1-3 business days, though if your order is placed during a business day, I usually have orders out the door within 24 hours. Made to order pieces will ship within 5-10 business from date of purchase, though oftentimes are finished & shipped sooner.
Do you do take custom requests?
Depends, I take on custom orders on a case by case basis. Factors that come into play would be how busy I am – sometimes I just don’t have time to accommodate custom work, and whether or not your custom request is within my style of work. I generally don’t accept requests for solid gold pieces. But please do reach out if you have an idea you’d like to discuss!
How do I care for my jewelry?
- I recommend storing your jewelry in a zip lock bag or tarnish preventive storage container to prevent tarnishing
- You can clean your jewelry using warm soapy water and a soft bristled brush. Polishing cloths can be used to polish the silver – just be sure to avoid using the polish cloth on the patina as well as the stones surface
- Avoid chemicals, high heat and ultrasonic cleaners as these may damage your stones
- Treat your jewelry with care and be careful not to make contact with hard surfaces — while sterling silver is durable, it can be scratched and stones can chip if dropped
- Remember to remove your jewelry before showering, washing your hands, and applying lotions/perfumes/hand sanitizer
